By car from the M25
Take junction 29 onto the A127 towards London. Take the 3rd left (there is a slip road and big arrows on the road), and at the end of the slip road turn left onto Hall Lane. Follow this road into Upminster, passing Upminster Train Station on you right, and at the big junction immediately afterwards turn right onto St Mary's Lane (A124). Continue for 1.2 miles. You will eventually see the spire of St Andrew's church on the top of the hill. Pass St Andrew's on your left, and at the next roundabout take the first exit onto Station Lane. Just before you reach Hornchurch Underground Station turn right into Kenilworth Gardens. The church is on your right on the corner with Connaught Road.
By train
The nearest train station is Emerson Park. Change at Romford for this line. When you get to the station, head down North Street, turn left at the High Street and go right round the roundabout, heading down Station Lane. Turn right into Kenilworth Gardens.
It is much easier to get to the church from Hornchurch Underground Station, which is almost next door. As you come out of the station turn left up Station Lane, and then immediately left into Kenilworth Gardens.
