St Andrew’s Hall Hire details and availability

To hire this hall, please complete the form below and provide details of the event.  PLEASE NOTE – booking times must be entered in a 24 hour clock format e.g. 1 pm is 1300.

No bookings on Sundays

All music must be switched off at 10.30 pm.

Requested hire times must include set up and clear up time.

The clock on the calendar indicates a booking, hover over the date to see the times. If you are having difficulty seeing the booked time slots please email or phone the parish office.

Unique hexagon-shaped hall. Capacity 112 people.

Main Hall, Small Hall, Kitchen, Tables, 100 chairs, A couple of children’s tables with chairs, Toilets, Disabled Toilets, Baby Changing Facilities, Wheelchair Access, Parking

Fridge, Kettle,  Cooker,  Microwave,  Piano,  hot water boiler for drinks, Dishwasher

Fees 2023

All hires incur a caretaker and deposit fee

Caretaker up to 7.30 pm – £57

after 7.30 pm – £110

Refundable deposit – £250

Monday – Friday      £36.00 per hour

Saturday                  £50.00 per hour

Children’s parties up to age 11 – £175 for 3 hours (must finish before 7.30 pm and includes the caretaker fee)

after 7.30 pm – £110

Refundable deposit – £250

Monday – Friday      £37.00 per hour

Saturday                  £52.00 per hour

Children’s parties up to age 11 – £180 for 3 hours (must finish before 7.30 pm and includes the caretaker fee)
